Shining Star program

The Shining Star program was designed to recognize and reward the exceptional work of The King’s Daughters’ Hospital and Health Services employees.

A Shining Star is selected based on feedback received from fellow employees, physicians, patients and visitors. Each Shining Star receives a special award from the President/CEO.

Nomination forms are available in distribution boxes near the elevators, outside the Dining Room and at physician practice locations or to download a form, click here.

Forms may also be obtained from the Human Resources Department. Forms may be returned to the King’s Daughters’ Human Resources Department via U.S. mail or through the internal mail system.

On a regular basis, the Director of Human Resources and the Culture of Excellence Linkage Team meet to review nominations and select Shining Stars.

When you are aware of exceptional work by a King’s Daughters’ employee, please take the time to complete this nomination form so that the employee will receive the recognition they deserve.
